My Medical File

Everybody who has a BSN number can get a DigiD. With a DigiD you can log in to your own medical records. You will be able to:

• See your current medication 
• See your lab results (when authorized)
• Request a repeat prescription
• Print a medication passport 
• Keep your own medical diary
• Look into your current medical journal

Instructions

In order to provide safe access to these services we work within the secure environment  “ Mijngezondheid.net ”,  abbreviated MGN. 

Step 1

In order to be able to log in to MGN you need a DigiD with sms ( text message) capability on a mobile phone. 

If you do not yet have a DigiD with sms you can apply for one by clicking this link: DigiD

Step 2

To register with MGN click this link:  Register  (Dutch form)

After the release of your file by the doctors you will receive an e-mail and you will be able to log in.
